At Jamesia K. Luxury Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality, luxury hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales on hair extensions and wigs are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, or custom units.
This policy is strictly enforced due to hygiene concerns and the inability to resell hair products once they have been handled, altered, or worn.
We do accept returns on the following items:
Hair products (e.g., oils, maintenance products)
Hair accessories
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Must be in original packaging
To start a return:
Email support@jamesiakenterprise.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1-3 business days with further instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on wigs or hair extensions.
For approved items (products or accessories only), exchanges may be accepted based on availability. If the requested item is not available, a store credit may be issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3β5 business days to your original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
